About Carl Lingen
Carl Lingen is a founder and current President of Employer Ease, LLC. Employer Ease was started in 2008 as a payroll, HR, and benefit outsourcing agency for small and medium sized businesses. Carl Lingen relies upon his talents to provide solutions for business owners in the areas of time and attendance, tax, and payroll administration. Carl also continues his education in the field of human resources focusing on general compliance, drug & alcohol, and benefit law. Focusing on simplifying the challenges that burden most employers with his sense of entrepreneurship, Carl has grown Employer Ease into a thriving business serving clients in Iowa and surrounding states.
Carl Lingen graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He was accepted into the Master’s of Business Degree Program at Drake University, graduating in 2006 with an emphasis in Executive Development and Finance. Carl was one of fifteen people chosen for the Emerging 200 Class sponsored by the Small Business Development and completed the six month program in 2009. He is completing his Certificate in Human Resource Law through the Iowa Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Carl serves on the board of Home Care Services of Dallas County and East Des Moines Chamber of Commerce, where he also serves as the Ambassador Chair.
Carl Lingen holds his Life, Health, and Disability License in Iowa and several other states.
